Overview

As environmental, social and governance (ESG) investing becomes mainstream, there is a huge demand for talents with relevant knowledge and skills in analysing and integrating ESG factors into investment decisions.  This is especially true in Hong Kong, which seeks to become a leading green finance hub in the region. Because of this, government, firms, professional associations and academia have introduced various schemes and educational programmes to enhance the ESG competencies for practitioners. In this webinar, we took a deeper dive into the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing and to explore the support from government and firms on ESG capacity building and talent development.
